MERRYPH Terms and Conditions

1 Eligibility

You must satisfy all of the requirements below before registering and using MERRYPH. These eligibility standards are applied consistently to every account.

• You must be 21 years old or above when you register with MERRYPH.
• You must live in a jurisdiction where online betting is permitted under the applicable local laws.
• You must not be a MERRYPH employee, contractor, or an immediate family member of one.
• You must not have been previously suspended, excluded, or permanently banned from MERRYPH.
• You must have the legal ability to enter into a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you.
• All information submitted during MERRYPH registration must be complete, accurate, and truthful.

MERRYPH may ask any player to complete identity or age verification at any time. Acceptable documents may include a national ID card, passport, or another government-issued form of identification. If you do not submit the requested documents within a reasonable period, your account may be suspended or closed. Verification is mandatory, and anyone below 21 is not allowed to maintain an active account or place bets on MERRYPH.

2 Account Rules

You may register and maintain only one MERRYPH account. Your account is for your personal use and must not be shared, transferred, or operated by another person. You are accountable for all activity carried out through the account, including bets, deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions.

• When opening an account, provide a valid email address and correct personal information.
• Keep your MERRYPH username, password, and other login details private and secure. You are responsible for protecting your credentials from unauthorised access.
• Contact MERRYPH support without delay if you notice unusual activity or believe someone else has accessed your account.
• Your MERRYPH account is personal and must not be sold, transferred, assigned, or made available for another person’s use.
• Please ensure that your account details remain accurate and current. Incomplete or outdated information can hold up verification and may affect withdrawal processing.
• Opening or maintaining more than one MERRYPH account is not allowed. This includes using another name or a different payment method to register an additional account. Any related accounts may be closed.

MERRYPH may use automated checks together with manual reviews to identify duplicate accounts, unusual registration activity, or other suspicious patterns. Where duplicate accounts are confirmed, all linked accounts may be closed. Bonuses credited to those accounts may be cancelled, while verified real-money balances may be returned through the original payment method at MERRYPH’s discretion.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

MERRYPH transactions are handled in Philippine pesos (PHP or ₱). Available payment options include GCash, bank card, PayMaya, and cryptocurrency, subject to the options shown in your account. Payment availability, verification, and transaction requirements apply to every deposit and withdrawal.

• Once a deposit has been successfully confirmed by the selected payment provider, the funds are normally added to your MERRYPH balance without delay.
• The current minimum deposit is shown on the MERRYPH deposit page and may change when the platform updates its transaction settings or active terms.
• Withdrawals can only be sent to a payment account registered under your own name. MERRYPH does not allow withdrawals through third-party payment accounts.
• Before approving a withdrawal, MERRYPH may ask for additional account or payment verification. This may be required for a first withdrawal or for transactions involving larger amounts.
• MERRYPH aims to process withdrawals promptly. GCash withdrawals have an average processing time of about 3.8 minutes, while actual timing can vary because of payment-provider processing, transaction volume, or pending verification.
• MERRYPH does not state a standard fee for regular deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank, e-wallet, card issuer, or cryptocurrency service may apply separate charges under its own fee schedule.
• Funds that have been deposited but not used for betting may be withdrawn, provided that the account passes the usual verification checks and the transaction complies with the applicable terms.
• MERRYPH may place a withdrawal on hold or refuse it when there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, unauthorised activity, or a violation of these terms. Any review will remain subject to account and transaction verification.

4 Betting Rules

Every wager placed through MERRYPH is governed by these terms. By submitting a wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the applicable conditions. MERRYPH may cancel any wager that fails to meet these requirements.

• Wagers are accepted only from players with a verified MERRYPH account and enough available balance to cover the stake.
• After a wager is confirmed by MERRYPH, the player may no longer cancel it or request changes to its details.
• MERRYPH may impose or adjust the maximum permitted stake for any market at any time, without giving advance notice.
• If a technical issue or system error causes incorrect odds to appear, MERRYPH may cancel the affected wagers and return the original stakes.
• Any wager placed after the result of an event is already known will be cancelled by MERRYPH.
• MERRYPH does not accept wagers from individuals betting as part of a professional operation or through automated betting software.
• For live in-play wagers, the odds applied are those available when the system accepts the wager. The displayed odds may change between submission and processing.
• MERRYPH may pause or suspend wagering on any market at its discretion, including while a live event is ongoing.

MERRYPH is committed to protecting the integrity of its betting markets. If a player is found to have taken part in match fixing, insider betting, or another form of betting fraud, the account may be permanently closed and related winnings cancelled. Suspected fraud may also be reported to the appropriate authorities.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

MERRYPH may introduce bonuses and promotions for new and existing players from time to time. Each offer is governed by its own promotional terms together with the general bonus conditions stated here. Players should review and understand all applicable requirements before claiming an offer.

• Bonus funds added to a MERRYPH account must meet the relevant wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• The required wagering amount for each bonus will be specified in the terms of the relevant MERRYPH promotion.
• MERRYPH bonuses are provided for personal, recreational participation only. Using an offer in a systematic or professional way to gain an unfair advantage is not allowed.
• MERRYPH may remove a bonus offer at any time before a player claims it.
• Players who misuse bonus offers, including by operating multiple accounts or taking part in coordinated play, may lose the bonus and have their accounts subject to review.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another MERRYPH account or converted into cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
• MERRYPH may apply different contribution rates to different games when calculating bonus progress. Games may therefore contribute unequally towards meeting a wagering requirement.

6 Responsible Gaming

MERRYPH supports responsible gaming and views betting as entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. Your activity should remain enjoyable and within your means. If gambling begins to affect your finances, relationships, or personal wellbeing, use the available account controls and support resources to manage your play.

• MERRYPH players may set account deposit limits to manage the amount they deposit within a selected period.
• MERRYPH offers session reminders that can notify players after they have been active on the platform for a chosen length of time.
• At any point, players may contact MERRYPH support to ask for a temporary cooling-off period or permanent self-exclusion.
• Once a player has chosen permanent self-exclusion, MERRYPH will stop sending that player promotional messages.
• Players who self-exclude from MERRYPH must not create another account or try to bypass the restriction. Any account opened in breach of a self-exclusion request will be closed by MERRYPH.

7 Account Closure

MERRYPH may suspend or permanently close a player account, with or without advance notice, when it finds a breach of these terms and conditions or conduct that could harm the platform or other players.

• An account may be closed if the registration details supplied are inaccurate or misleading, including information about the player’s age or identity.
• MERRYPH may place an account on hold while it investigates suspected fraud, money laundering, or misuse of the platform.
• Where MERRYPH identifies multiple registrations belonging to the same player, the duplicate accounts may be closed without prior notice.
• MERRYPH may close an account if the player is found to be in a location where online betting is not permitted.
• Players may ask MERRYPH support to close their own account whenever they choose.

After an account is closed, any remaining real-money balance may be sent back to the registered payment method, subject to successful verification and provided that no breach of these terms has taken place. If a violation is confirmed, bonus funds and winnings obtained solely through those funds may be cancelled.

8 Liability Limits

The MERRYPH platform is supplied on an “as is” basis. MERRYPH works to keep its services accessible and operating properly, but cannot promise continuous availability or an entirely error-free experience at all times.

• MERRYPH will not be liable for losses caused by technical faults, service downtime, or platform interruptions beyond MERRYPH's reasonable control.
• MERRYPH is not liable for losses caused by a player's failure to keep their username, password, or other account details secure.
• MERRYPH is not responsible for indirect, consequential, or special losses connected with a player's use of the platform.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, MERRYPH's total liability relating to a player's use of the platform will not exceed the amount that player deposited during the 12 months before the claim arose.

9 Privacy

10 Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws relevant to MERRYPH's operations. By accessing or using MERRYPH, you agree that disputes connected with these terms or your platform use will be handled by the appropriate courts with jurisdiction.

If a competent court decides that any part of these terms is invalid or cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions will remain effective. If MERRYPH does not immediately enforce a right or provision, this does not mean that MERRYPH has waived it.
